Guide pass purchases can be reviewed within 30 days if the pass was unused and no curated list was redeemed. Editorial corrections themselves are free—open a Guide Corrections request when a build note looks wrong for the current patch.

Start a pass review from Order History, or email the Auckland desk with your reference. Saved builds stay in your account unless you remove them; unused passes are the only items eligible for refund review.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method after we confirm the pass was not redeemed. Published free guides are always available without a return process.
